Veronica is a graduate student pursuing her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis on trauma. She has a passion for volunteering and has experience volunteering with burn survivors. Veronica is bilingual in Spanish and passionate about the power of effective communication, she values collaboration and active listening in her approach to counseling. She believes that experiences and circumstances shape how we see the world and ourselves. She understands it can be scary or uncomfortable to start counseling. Her compassion for others, open-mindedness, and passion for helping are qualities that help her support others in their counseling journey. With a commitment to helping others heal and achieve their goals, she aims to make a positive impact in the field of mental health. When she is not working, Veronica enjoys baking, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her pets.
