Hannah Franklin, Counseling Intern Glendale Office & Online

Hannah is a dedicated clinical mental health counseling intern, currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a rich background as an elementary educator for over 10 years, she has honed her expertise in child development, family dynamics, and advocacy work across both educational and social service settings.
Originally from Ohio and now practicing in Arizona, Hannah is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, couples, and families. She brings a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to her work, believing that healing begins in the context of safe, trusting relationships. Hannah’s experience includes working with displaced youth and individuals navigating complex life transitions, which have deepened her empathy and respect for each client’s unique journey.
In her practice, Hannah provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and validated. She is committed to meeting each person where they are and offering gentle guidance toward increased self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), while taking a holistic view of each individual.
Whether addressing anxiety, trauma, grief, identity development, or life transitions, Hannah’s approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and hope. She works collaboratively with clients to uncover inner strengths and develop lasting tools for emotional well-being. Hannah considers it a true privilege to walk alongside her clients as they gain clarity, rebuild connection, and move toward greater empowerment in their lives.
