Chelsea Scott, MAS-LAMFT, Glendale, Surprise, & Online
Chelsea is a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate from Arizona State University who works with couples and individuals who feel stuck in the same arguments, emotions, or relationship patterns. She helps clients make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, whether that’s communication breakdowns, emotional overwhelm, or the impact of past relationships. Using evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, Chelsea supports clients in feeling more connected, grounded, and confident in their relationships. She is also Basic Trained in EMDR for individuals.
Feeling frustrated by the same conflicts repeating in your relationships, or finding yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? I work with couples, young adults, and individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the experiences that have shaped them. Many of my clients struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or difficulty trusting themselves, despite appearing capable and successful on the outside. They often know something needs to change but aren't quite sure how to move forward.Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and direct. I won't tell you how to live your life, but I will help you slow down, notice patterns, challenge assumptions, and explore what's keeping you stuck. Together, we'll work toward stronger relationships, greater self-trust, and meaningful change that feels authentic to you.Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you're used to figuring things out on your own. If you're ready to better understand yourself, create healthier patterns, and actively engage in the process of change, send me a message. I'd be honored to connect with you and explore how therapy can support your goals.
