Aimee Ortega is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Counseling Intern currently getting her Masters degree at Capella University. She has experience working with children with Autism as a Registered Behavior Therapist. She is passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds facing challenges. She is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard and understood. Aimee takes an integrative approach to counseling, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and multicultural perspectives to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and foster emotional well-being.
