Aushrielle Rankin is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern that is passionate about collaborating with individuals in their journeys of healing, empowerment, growth, and self-discovery. Aushrielle believes that individuals are a culmination of their lived experiences and are the experts of their lives. She values and respects that everyone’s stories are unique and are influenced by their culture and how individuals experience the world. She promotes and values diversity and the individuality of all her clients. 

Aushrielle’s approach to therapy is person-centered, with a holistic and humanistic framework that promotes understanding and support of individuals and their unique experiences, needs, and perspectives. Her approach is eclectic as she integrates IFS, EFT, and Somatic Experiencing into her Person-Centered based approach. She believes that her clients have the power to take control of their lives, achieve their goals, and live a meaningful life. Her approach includes collaboration, mindfulness, hopefulness, and skills development that continually and positively supports her clients. Aushrielle is trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma and PTSD. She is currently in the process of being certified for Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for the treatment of OCD (expected in April, 2026).
