  • Chelsea Scott, MAS-LAMFT-T, Glendale office & Online

Chelsea is a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate from Arizona State University who works with couples and individuals who feel stuck in the same arguments, emotions, or relationship patterns. She helps clients make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, whether that’s communication breakdowns, emotional overwhelm, or the impact of past relationships. Using evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, Chelsea supports clients in feeling more connected, grounded, and confident in their relationships.

Nietzsche once said, “There are no facts, only interpretations.” I see this in how we all try to make sense of love, conflict, and the parts of ourselves that feel hard to reach. Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck, unsure how to move forward, or wanting to feel closer to the people you love. In therapy, we’ll slow things down to bring clarity, explore what’s in your control, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and ready to make choices that align with who you truly are.I help couples, families, and individuals untangle painful patterns and feel more connected. Together, we make sense of what’s been keeping you stuck, heal what’s been heavy to carry, and find new ways to communicate, set boundaries, and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and care.If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or ready for things to finally feel different, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy is a space to slow down, feel seen, and start making sense of what’s been heavy. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take the next step toward healing, growth, and a stronger sense of self.
